The end of school ceremonies are in full swing this week.
Today, the 2025 Rising Marshals Graduation was held honoring David "Xander" Wolff and Madison Timmons.
As part of the ceremony, five MCHS students received "A Heart Like Hunter's" award. Students who are sophomores, juniors and seniors are eligible to enroll in the peer tutor program as an elective. These students help RISE students in classes and build friendships with them. Each year, senior peer tutors who exhibit inclusive qualities are chosen to receive the “Heart Like Hunter's” award in honor of Hunter Treas. This year's award winners are Sophie Donohoo, Allicen Harris, Chloe Kramer, Ayla Conner, and Lola Powell. They are pictured below with RISE teachers Ellie Steele and Amanda Carr.
